The CFSS Board of Advisers is a select group of senior executives with extensive experience in manufacturing, healthcare, employment law, IT, financial services, public transportation, workforce development and marketing.

Harry Moser
Inductee to Industry Week’s Manufacturing Hall of Fame 2010 for service to the industry via Reshoring Initiative and skilled workforce development. Participated actively in President Obama’s 1/11/12 Insourcing Forum at the White House. C-level executive with experience transforming a company from 6th in its industry to 1st in 8 years. Created a unique positive corporate image by a combination of programs to support the industry’s goals and industry leading customer service. Specialties:Broad knowledge of manufacturing, the economy, international trade, skilled manufacturing workforce, politics, strategy and technology.
Jim Kelley
Jim resides in Glen Ellyn, IL with his wife and family. He currently sits on the Board of the Northern Illinois University Executive Club, and serves as Chair of the Scholarship Committee. He previously held positions as Vice President and Director of the Illinois CPA Society, and served and chaired several of its committees over the years. He is also past-Chair of the Greater O’Hare Association of Commerce and Industry, and has chaired and served on several of its committees over the years. He was a founding Director of the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce.
Chuck Krugel
Charles A. Krugel is a Human Resources Attorney & Counselor; Labor & Employment Law on Behalf of Management. Private practice: Represent & counsel management in labor & employment negotiations, labor & employment board matters, litigation, union avoidance & relations, & alternative dispute/conflict resolution. HR policy & practice development, training & planning. Accomplishments: Lead negotiator for more than 7 collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), 9 interim/temporary labor agreements & 68 employment agreements, including non-compete & severance/separation agreements. 3 successful union avoidance campaigns. Represented management in more than 70 lawsuits, arbitrations, mediations & agency cases/complaints. Resolved more than 85 grievances, complaints & investigations.
Bob Iossi
Current Co-Chairman and Board of Directors, SME Chapter 5 Chicago (Society of Manufacturing Engineering) | Electrical Engineering background (15yrs) – Industrial Automation & Systems Engineering. Worked with multiple Enterprise ERP/MRP Systems, CMMS, and CRM’s including SAP, Sales Force, Avidian Prophet, and Siebel. | Author and Trade Show Speaker at local manufacturing events. Well known in the local industrial marketplace. Works and speaks with local high schools and college students to encourage manufacturing direction after graduation.
Andrea Fox
Andrea is adept at developing new strategic programming aimed at increasing stakeholder involvement and expanding alternative revenue sources. Andrea also works with the Board of Directors to educate membership and community on the importance of business investment and economic development and serves as liaison between businesses and governmental agencies. Andrea has a bachelor of science degree in Journalism from Southern Carbondale University and has worked as the Marketing Director of the Rolling Meadows Chamber of Commerce and in corporate America at U.S. Robotics/3Com, Zenith data Systems, Remanco International and served as the marketing Director for Teams/USA, Inc., International Youth Soccer.
Odette Fay
Odette is currently Manager of the Project Management Office at Pace Suburban Bus Service where she provides supportive services in project and portfolio management including troubleshooting, training, tracking and facilitation. Additionally, she manages training and development, change management, and tuition management functions. Odette has also worked closely with senior leadership to facilitate planned change and strategic interventions and has directed Pace’s corporate university, which served as a training and education provider and cultural change agent. Performed organization assessments and interventions.
Andy Urda
President at AMU, LLC, Andy has 25+ years of leadership Sales, Operations and Product Development. He has lead successful LEAN transformations at a U.S. facility bringing it up to global competitiveness. Most recently at Methode Electronics, Inc., (MEI, NYSE); where his team achieved back to back record breaking years of FY14 and FY15 for the Power Solutions Group. Other global companies Andy has contributed in have been Fuji Electric, Drives Division and Yaskawa America Inc, Drives and Motion Control Divisions. Fuji and Methode were turnarounds which were accomplished in less than two years. The key are teams with a “can do” attitude and the passion to achieve then exceed their goals. The bulk of this career has been on factory automation with AC Drives, PLCs, Servos and Robotics, but he also has a strong overall knowledge of control devices and practical applications. Aerospace, Alternative energy, HEVs, EVs, Industrial Controls Metal Converting and Big Data/Telecom are areas of competence. Andy also has strong experience in ERP, SaaS, IOT, IIOT and Industry 4.0 and IEC611-31. Andy received his Executive MBA from the University of Phoenix in Digital Marketing and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from West Virginia University. He also has had additional training in LEAN Operations, Karrass Negotiating and Channel Management. Andy was a founding board member of the Motion Control Association. He also has been affiliated with: Association of High Technology Distributors, American Institute of Motion Engineers, Control System Integrator Association, Power Transmission Distributor Association and Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Andy is very active supporter of First Robotics and has been involved over 10+ years. While at Methode he was a major sponsor for the local high school team and was been honored for his support.

Jiteen Handa brings over 20 years of rich global experience, which includes: Enterprise-wide business transformation, Process & IT Consulting, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Talent Acquisition, professional services & executive training, with experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Telecom, Insurance, E- commerce, Retail, IT, Health & Nutrition services. He has established a corporate University, for a Division of Siemens in USA; as a Certified Master Kaizen consultant he has led a business transformation program called TOP STAR, which was part of Siemens’ global TOP (Timed Optimized Processes)program. Initiated by von Pierer in 1993,TOP was a global initiative to reinvent Siemens and compete with GE head on. Whilst at Accenture, he has consulted with a multitude of clients in various industry verticals. He has transformed many regional telecom customer’s services, cut time to market for an SAP solution center, developed a technological prototype for retail clients. Thereafter, with a few start-ups he has designed go-to- market techniques, trained employees/clients in applying “big 5 consulting techniques” for accelerating sales, operational and talent efficiencies. He has also developed and executed programs to re-invent mid- career to senior executives in the midst of the worst economic crisis in USA. This led him to focus on talent needs of USA and emerging markets like India. He is currently in India where he is focusing on creating alliances in the higher education sector, consulting clients in areas of sales and operational excellence. In addition, he is participating in bi-lateral trade between the Americas, Europe and South Asia.
